About Brad
With more than 25 years in the residential real estate industry, Brad Wardman has earned a reputation as an experienced, professional agent who goes above and beyond to achieve results for his clients. Brad prides himself on utilizing his dynamic industry experience in real estate sales, development, and finance to guide his clients through each step of the transaction process, ensuring they meet their real estate goals. Brad’s professional background includes new home sales at The Howard Mark Homebuilders Company, Broker Associate at Star Real Estate, Owner/Broker for Re/Max, Integrity Home Sales, and Keller Williams Realty. He also served as the acting Broker for Rampart Land Development Company, Director of Sales for Escrow Avenue (specializing in new home closings) and a residential Mortgage Broker for RPM Mortgage. Additionally, Brad served as Vice President of Sales for the Home Builder Services Division at Orange Coast Title, and in that same role at First American Title Insurance Company. In this capacity, Brad worked with numerous builders from Ventura to San Diego.
Returning to his true passion for residential real estate sales, Brad aligned with Equity Union to provide his clients the advantages of a locally-owned company with access to a global network providing unrivaled marketing and media resources.
In addition to his professional background, Brad dedicated seven years of service on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Council of Southern California and was actively involved in various Building Industry Association (BIA) and Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) groups.
Brad received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and his California Real Estate Broker’s license in 1990 (with a salesperson license since 1980.) Brad is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
Brad and his wife reside in the Coachella Valley and enjoy the abundant recreational and community activities and vibrant art and culture scene that the area offers.
