Terri Ryan has over 25 years’ experience in commercial, luxury residential and investment real estate in sales, marketing, leasing and development. She is part of Equity Union as a Director, Investment Properties and has her own real estate consulting firm targeting operations, sales, recruiting and training management for small to mid-sized firms as they navigate the changes in the real estate industry.
Her experience includes:
- Tenant representative for sales & leasing for CBRE in downtown Chicago working with a wide range of clients. Worked with law firms, telecom, not-for-profit and architects.
- Negotiated lease and sale agreements in the Greater Palm Springs area for office, retail and industrial clients.
- Special expertise in the sale and leasing of space to cannabis clients. Leased and sold a number of industrial properties in the Coachella Valley.
- Proficient in working with franchise clients on leases. Negotiated the lease for Full Psycle in Palm Springs.
- Owned and operated the iconic mid-century modern 425 room Canyon Hotel & Country Club in Palm Spring’s, bought and sold the Balboa Inn (Balboa Island) and the former Cubs training cottages in Catalina Island as a real estate investment.
- Acted as a marketing consultant to numerous premiere vertical luxury residential developers in setting the brand and integrating the properties into the neighborhood by establishing the neighborhood association in Chicago.
- Proficient in short term and vacation rental properties sales.
